Whether you're a 2026 bride looking for last minute florals or planning well ahead for your Fall or Winter wedding, there is one thing you can do to make sure you pick the best florist in Miami - schedule a consultation!
Consultations are critical for brides looking to achieve a particular wedding aesthetic and/or stay within a certain budget.
If a company throwing a brand event in Miami never skips-out on vendor consultations - why would you?
What to expect before & during a (TFC) consult
Consultations allow us to understand a baseline of what we can do to help YOU. It is truly a "help me, help you" situation. The more you're able to share before our consultation then the more ideas and visuals we will be able to bring during our call.
Below are some key things I look for before/during the consultation.
1) How many people did you invite? & What is the event style?
Remember 75-85% of people say "yes" when receiving a wedding invitation and if it is a sit-down soirée, that helps us understand a baseline of how many centerpieces you'll be needing.
2) How many people will need personal flowers?
A large wedding party sounds great until you have to consider a number of bouquets and boutonnières needed - also you can't forget the MoB/MoG and FoB/FoG, they'll need a little something too.
3) Will there be a decorated ceremony and cocktail hour?
We've seen it again and again; so many couples think about their set up at the end of the aisle that they forget all the decorations leading up to it! What is even more common is forgetting the cocktail hour.
4) What is your style and must-haves? Have a Pinterest board? - Share it!
If you're a bride who just wants a little bit of flowers or the absolute most flowers possible or you want a super traditional romantic look or a truly trendy wedding aesthetic ready for the cover of BRIDES Magazine, this helps us create some preliminary designs to start with.
5) Budget.
Letting your florist know your budget range from the beginning helps with setting expectations especially when considering all the information shared from the previous questions. This crucial piece of information helps us think outside of the box and pivot, if necessary, to accomplish your vision.
